Colour: Intense ruby red with violet reflections.
Bouquet: Persistent and pleasant, with evident
notes of small and ripe red fruits.
Mouth feel: pleasant and smooth palate,
highlighting its own variety. Slightly bitterish finish.

Good with hors d’oeuvres and medium rare meat dishes.
